Faulty Items

We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality jewellery. In the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days  at so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Please note: we will require a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you and all faulty items must be reviewed and approved by our team. All faulty items must be returned for an exchange or refund to be processed. 

For your peace of mind, we ask that you retain a copy of your receipt as your proof of purchase.
